24/7 Server Monitoring and Maintenance
Server Monitoring will monitor your server the following items in real time 24/7 to prevent, predict or confirm a failure, and will send an email immediately upon trigger:
- Server Free Disk Space Status – Will alert with low disk space
- Server Backup Status – Will alert with failed backup
- Server CPU usage Status – Will alert with high CPU usage
- Server Memory Usage Status – Will alert with High Memory usage
- Server Reboots – Will alert when the server is rebooted or offline
- Server/Workstation remote support software is included with maintenance package for fast remote support and instant messaging for support requests
In addition to 24/7 monitoring, we will also perform the following maintenance tasks manually 4 times a year on the Server:
- Check Backup Status – local and cloud
- Check Event log – To check for error messages
- Check Office Antivirus licensing and status
- Check Free Disk Space – To make sure Xray, Photos, and Data do not run out of space
- Check and Install Microsoft Windows Server Updates
*Any work needing to be done as a result of monitored triggers, will be billed according to your subscribed plan. I.e. Backup failed and needs to be fixed, no UPS software installed, hard drive needs to be replaced, etc…
