Payment Agreement

*I (The client) agree to the selected plan, and to pay NTech LLC for goods and services within 30 days of invoice date. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for late payment. A 2% accrued interest rate charge will be added for each 30 day period invoice is not paid in full. If payment is late, goods and services could be withheld or suspended until balance is paid in full. Client shall be responsible for all collection and/or legal fees necessitated by lateness or default in payment. NTech LLC will not be responsible for any legal fees initiated by or on client’s behalf. If payment is late, written notification must be given within 10 days after invoice due date via mail or email for reason payment is late, and must be approved by NTech. Request to cancel or change selected plan may be made by re-sub-mitting this form, only after previous owed balances are paid in full.
