Do you have:

  1. Server Local External Backup Encryption
  2. Passwords to get on to computer desktops
  3. Password to get on Practice Management software
  4. Secure Email using HTTPS, and/or secure ports if using a mail client, ie. Outlook, Thunderbird, etc..
  5. Secure Wifi for guests that is on a separate network
  6. Firewall configured to separate wired network from internet
  7. No storing xrays/documents/patient info on computer desktops or hard drives, only on server
  8. Antivirus installed on Server and Workstations
  9. Up to date Windows Operating Systems - i.e No XP machines, (Windows 7, Server 2008 expires Jan 2020)
